Location is perfect, very close to Acropolis. Great value for money. The hotel was a little bit old, but room was clean. Had a small balcony which was good.

Great location (in the middle of the sites, Acropolis, Olympic Stadium, National Gardens), easy access to transportation (metro and buses). Good sized family room (separate bed rooms for the adults and the kids).

Wi-fi did not work in our room (4th floor). No hot water the first night (pipe broke). Hot water was sporadic thereafter. No variety for breakfast (same three items; toast, cheese, and juice)

Besides the already mentioned coackroaches, a broken window hold together with tape, dirty environment, and no better rooms available…. Everithing else is ok. OPS, I forgot yellow pillows and unfriendly staff.

Adam’s Hotel was very conveniently located for the Plaka in a quiet side street. It is a budget 2* hotel and provides clean sheets and hot water. Although it is described as ‘a room’ it was actually 2 rooms with a seperate bathroom. One room has a double bed and the other 2 single beds. The facilities were basic and the room could have done with refurbishment, but it was clean and was fine for our single night stay. Breakfast was adequate, if uninspired. The staff were very helpful and allowed us to access the room early and helpful in advising us with directions/transport etc.

The location is excellent. If you want a great location and a hotel that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg, the Adam’s is a good choice.

The hotel and our room was very clean. However, overall, the hotel and room were very run-down and in need of up-dating. The staff was not unpleasant, and they answered all of our questions, but we did not feel a warm welcome.
