1) The manager of the hotel charged me 252 euros by mistake. So the bank blocked these money for a whole month! They refused even to send a fax, to unblock the money. Now they just ignores my requests. 2) They rooms were not very clean. I had to wipe wardrobe myself to put my clothes into it. The towels hadn’t been rinsed well… etc… 3) It’s situated on a very noisy intersection (of 4 streets). It’s very irritating and the windows of the hotel are not sound-proofing. 4) All rooms of the hotel have a strong smell of tobacco. They don’t have rooms for non-smoking visitors. People smoke even at the breakfast section. At least we couldn’t have breakfast because of noise. P. S. Though one guy at reception was very nice and helpful. He helped us to get a telephone card to call a doctor.

It was close to the metro and restaurants and shops, although some of the side streets Can be a little seedy. This said we had no trouble and would stay again. Breakfast was limited but acceptable and the staff were very knowlagable and more than helpful. Room small but functional, and cleaned daily to a high standered. Would use again most defiantly.

At first we worried that the area maybe dangerous, however, the hotel is really close to metro station and there’s a police office there, thus many polices will be there in the evening and night. they are also very friendly.

Очень уютная маленькая гостинница, великолепный персонал, очень услужливый, идеальная чистота, очень сытный завтрак, хоть и совершенно однообразный все дни, но нам это не мешало – мы были всего 4 дня. Максимум 20 минут прогулочным шагом до всех главных достопримечательностей, 7 минут до метро. Шумно из-за транспорта под окнами, но при закрытых окнах – тихо (есть кондиционер). Но главное – персонал – супер! Всем рекомендую!

πολύ καλή σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής, άνετο δωμάτιο για την κατηγορία του με επαρκή εξοπλισμό (αν πρέπει να φορτίζετε ταυτόχρονα πολλές μικροσυσκευές, υπάρχουν αρκετές μπρίζες- μπορεί να φαίνεται ασήμαντο, αλλά σε πολλά ακριβότερα ξενοδοχεία υπάρχουν ελάχιστες), φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό.

πρακτική και άλλων ξενοδοχείων: η υποδοχή ζητούσε να αφείνω το κλειδί του δωματίου κατά την έξοδο, υποθέτω για λόγους ασφαλείας επειδή η κλειδαριά δεν είναι μαγνητική.

θεωρώ απολύτως απαράδεκτο να έχει αυτό το ξενοδοχείο βαθμολογία πάνω από 8 και να χαρακτηρίζεται “θαυμάσιο”.είναι η πρώτη φορά που μου συμβαίνει αυτό με το booking.com.είναι άδικο σε σχέση με άλλα ξενοδοχεία πχ. με το προηγούμενο που είχα μείνει στην αθήνα και ήταν όντως θαυμάσιο,πολύ σύγχρονο και σε ελαφρώς υψηλότερη τιμή.επίσης,υπήρχε μυρωδιά από βόθρο ή κατι ανάλογο κάποιες στιγμές και το air-condition έκανε πολύ θόρυβο.η περιοχή που βρίσκεται είναι μια δύσκολη περιοχή όμως αν κάποιος το γνωρίζει αυτό από πριν,δεν υπάρχει πρόβλημα και στο ξενοδοχείο αισθανόμουν πλήρως ασφαλής.
