From the minute we arrived we were made to feel very welcome.The assistant manager, Vangelis, was extremely helpful as were all of his staff. Upgraded to Studio with a good view of the Acropolis. Room was very clean and well presented. Staff from housekeepers through to management were all extremely helpful and personable. Great breakfast. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Would we visit again – without a doubt! Having spent hours searching the internet I can honestly say it was all worthwhile! Well done New Hotel.

the New Hotel is an amazingly designed hotel, everywhere you look there is some interesting architectural or design to enjoy. The staff was extremely helpful and freindly. Our junior suite was very luxurious, comfortable bed, bath and sitting area. The only thing missing was the “view of the Acropolis” which the web-site mentioned, there is really no view from this hotel, although centrally located in the Plaka area of town.

Maids would open our door despite the Do Not Disturb sign on. I mean, that absolutely contradicts the whole idea!!! She would knock and then just open the door!

The hotel is beautiful and very well located. The room is comfortable and the atmosphere relaxing. Beautifully designed. The buffet breakfast is delicious and of quality. The personnel is very courteous and helpful in a very relaxed and even friendly manner. We appreciated everyone’s services from check in to check out. We exchanged lots of smiles and laughs with the staff at the restaurant for breakfast with whom I chatted quite a bit, especially with our attendant Christina. My girlfriend has food allergies and intolerances and we readily got help to find out if there were any ingredients that could bother her in the breakfast. Alternatives were also proposed and were remembered the following day, which was much appreciated.
